Rare Champagne
As a separate luxury brand, Cellar Master Régis Camus makes the prestige wine Rare Millésime. It is produced in very limited quantities, and only when the vintage is right for Rare.
It was created in 1885 to celebrate the centenary of the Heidsieck Champagnes presentation to the French Queen. The spectacular enameled bottle was designed by the famous jeweler Pierre-Karl Fabergé. In respect for this creation, the bottle is today produced with a golden metallic tiara label, inspired by Queen Marie-Antoinette’s jewels.
The elegant wine is dominated by Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%). The average dosage is 9,5 g/l (brut).
